In SPARX Asset Management Korea, each Portfolio Manager and Analyst has sector responsibilities in order to capture alphas in a more holistic manner. During the entire investment process, the investment team provides their expertise in their respective sector.
Defining Investment Universe
Through the initial screening process and applying investment hypothesis, investment universe is defined. In-depth research candidates are selected from investment universe.
Defining Investment Candidate
In-depth research, including quantitative and qualitative analyses, company visits and meetings with industry experts, and team discussions through daily and weekly research meetings, is conducted in defining investment candidates.
Strategy Portfolio
From the investment candidate, each Portfolio Manager carefully selects companies for his/her portfolio based on specific investment strategy.
Risk Management and Monitoring
CIO and Portfolio Manager(s) participate in portfolio construction process and monitors portfolios.
